* High Season: 100% payment is required (January, February, March, July, December).
* Low Season: 50% payment is required (April, May, June, August, September, October and November).

To guarantee your reservation a down payment of 50% or 100% is required, according to your dates, which can be made by credit card or bank transfer! Due to the payment by credit card there is always a 10% penalty on the amount paid for administrative expenses in all cases of cancellation regardless of the cancellation policy. If due to this you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please make the reservation by this means and contact us immediately to reservas@villasestival.com or WhatsApp +506 8485-1011 to coordinate the payment by bank transfer (The card is always required as a guarantee).

Immediately after booking you will receive an email confirming your reservation, please verify all the details of your reservation, in this confirmation you will also find our bank accounts.

** DETAILS FOR CARD PAYMENT ** “THE CHARGE OF 50% OR 100% ACCORDING TO YOUR DATES, THE SYSTEM DOES NOT APPROVE IT IMMEDIATELY.

“The charge of 50% or 100% according to your dates, the system does not approve it immediately, the system will approve it in the following 48 hours after the reservation is made, in case your card presents some problem or you need an extra security authentication to approve the charge, we will be contacting you to help us to approve the payment manually, directly through a link that we would send you (the above is only valid if your card presents some problem, in case of no problem you will receive a voucher to your email as soon as the charge is approved)”.

In the unfortunate case of not being able to register the initial payment requested, the system will automatically cancel your reservation.
